What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard production MOQ is 500 units per model/SKU for custom OEM branding. Project-based sampling and trial orders for qualified B2B partners can be evaluated individually with our engineering team.
What are your production and sampling lead times?
Existing tooling samples: 7–10 days. Custom private-label tooling samples: 15–25 days. Mass production lead time: 25–35 days following final engineering sample approval and deposit confirmation.
What are your standard commercial payment terms?
Standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit upon proforma invoice confirmation, and 70% balance prior to factory dispatch (following inspection pass). Irrevocable L/C at sight is available for large-volume contracts.
Do you provide free samples?
We support paid custom OEM/ODM sampling for approved brand projects. Exact sampling fees and turnaround times are confirmed project-by-project based on technical drawings and bill of materials (BOM). We do not provide ready-made stock or free samples.
