How long does sampling take?

Standard samples are delivered within 7–15 days. For new product development requiring tooling, lead time is 20–30 days. Sample fees are refundable upon mass production order.

Do you support private label and custom packaging?

Yes. We provide full private label services including logo printing, custom color, retail box design, insert cards, and gift packaging. Our design team can work from your artwork or create from scratch.

Which certifications do your products hold?

What are your payment terms?
