This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Dongguan Sejue Industrial Co., Ltd. through oqpox.com.
1. Production Lead Time
All products are custom-manufactured to order. Standard lead times are as follows:
- Samples: 15–20 business days after confirmation
- Bulk Orders (MOQ 500 units): 30–45 business days after deposit payment and artwork approval
- Lead times may vary depending on order complexity and current production schedule.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship internationally via the following methods:
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Recommended for bulk orders
- Air Freight: Available for urgent or smaller shipments
- Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): Available for samples and small quantities
3. Incoterms
Default shipping terms are FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou. Other Incoterms (EXW, CIF, DDP) are available upon request and must be agreed upon in writing before order confirmation.
4. Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country unless DDP terms are agreed in writing.
5. Shipping Documentation
Standard shipping documents include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, and Certificate of Origin. Additional documents (e.g., CE certificates, test reports) are available upon request.
