Our standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU. For new product development or highly customized projects, MOQ may vary — contact us to discuss.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples are dispatched within 7–15 days. For new tooling or significant design changes, lead time is 20–30 days. Sample fees are refundable upon mass production order.
Can brushing modes be customized?
Yes. All 5 modes can be adjusted or replaced for OEM orders with MOQ 1,000+ units. Custom mode sequences and timing are supported.
What packaging options are available?
We support full custom retail box design, gift packaging, insert cards, and sleeve packaging. Our design team can work from your artwork files or create from scratch.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. We welcome SGS, Bureau Veritas, and other third-party inspectors at any stage of production. Pre-shipment inspection is standard.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment via T/T (bank transfer). Other arrangements available for established partners.
